The Timmins Family Health Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our collaborative primary care team of Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Integrated Health Professionals. Reference # 1509 - Program Coordinator/Registered Nurse – 1.0 FTE - Full-Time - Permanent Position Position Requirements: •Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing preferred. •Current membership with RNAO and evidence of liability insurance Reference # 1510 - Nurse Practitioner – 1.0 FTE - Full-time or Part-Time - Contract Position Position Requirements: •Undergraduate Degree in nursing from a recognized university. •Certification from the COUPN Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Program or an equivalent. •Extended Class RN, (EC) with Specialty in Primary Health Care (PHCNP) •Current membership with the NPAO/RNAO •Evidence of liability insurance Requirements for both positions: •Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario •Fluency in English & French an asset •Current Driver’s License •Proficiency in the use of computers and various software applications. •3 to 5 years of health care delivery experience in community and/or primary care setting. •Knowledge & experience with client electronic medical records an asset •Experience working in a primary care or community health setting an asset Closing date is October 26, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. *Please see TFHT Website for job description at www.timminsfht.ca and click on “Careers” The Timmins Family Health Team is an equal opportunity employer.
