General Motors of Canada operates a Cold Weather Development Centre in Kapuskasing, Ontario, where current and future GM products undergo reliability and performance studies in severe climatic conditions. Our Facilities Management group is looking for an experienced individual to be stationed at the Centre year-round in Kapuskasing for the position of: Facilities Manager Reporting to a Lead Facility Area Manager located in Oshawa, this full-time position will manage maintenance, cleaning, utility, construction and environmental requirements of the Centre's buildings, test track, and grounds. The Facilities Manager will be the "single point" of accountability for all tenant (Product Engineering) and building activities and will provide year-round support and service delivery to meet tenant requirements.
