THE KIRKLAND & AREA BINGO ASSOCIATION Is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual for the position of ADMINISTRATOR/BOOKKEEPER DUTIES : -prepare month report for bingo charities -prepare books for year end audit -prepare monthly report for AGCO (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario) -prepare a 6 month schedule for approximately 26 charities Tuesday to Sunday -other duties as prescribed by AGCO -attending meetings as scheduled QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to use Simply Accounting and Microsoft Excel. Previous experience in bookkeeping and a financial background would be an asset. Remuneration to be determined based on experience.
