Recreation Therapist/Activity Coordinator One Year Intern Position - Cochrane $20.47/hr @ 35 hrs/wk Job Description: To develop, implement, facilitate, schedule and evaluate activities that fulfill the social & intellectual needs and interests of the senior residents in the Cochrane Retirement Living Complex. Activities will be engaging and will promote the health and well being of all residents. Lead, monitor, analyze and report on the outcomes of newly developed programs and activities. Qualifications: Graduate from one of these programs: recreation therapy, developmental services, social work, BA in psychology or social work. University or college graduate who has graduated within the last three years from an accredited college or university. The candidate must be a graduate of a post-secondary degree or diploma program. The position will be a first full-time employment in the candidate’s field of study.
