Leuschen Transportation has an immediate opening in Timmins for SHOP TECHNICIAN Reporting to the Shop Foreman, this position is responsible for the fleet maintenance and repair of all buses including: • Perform brake and safety inspections. • Obtain a B license and operate school bus when no substitute is available. • Complete all work in a safe and timely manner. • Perform service calls as required. • Communicate with bus drivers as required. Requirements : • Must possess a valid class 310T license • Having a 310S license is a definite asset. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Must be computer literate. • Experience in a fleet transportation environment is considered an asset, especially school bus transportation. • One to three years experience on heavy vehicles is a definite asset.
